Desk Evil Hot Sauce started with two brothers and their wives and an over-abundance of hot peppers. The mission of Desk Evil Hot Sauce is not to create the hottest or the craziest hot sauce. Instead, our goal is to have a great time making hot sauces from the peppers we grow and to utilize science to evaluate the HEAT in the sauces we create....
In addition to hot sauces, we dabble in Hot Pepper Sausage, Horseradish, Pickled Pepper Rings, and pretty much anything that is hot. We are always looking for things to add HEAT to!!
